These Terms & Con­di­tions out­line the pro­fes­sion­al frame­work under which SJ Design Pvt Ltd oper­ates. By engag­ing our inte­ri­or design and archi­tec­tur­al ser­vices, you agree to the fol­low­ing terms.


Scope of Services

SJ Design Pvt Ltd offers com­pre­hen­sive ser­vices includ­ing inte­ri­or design, archi­tec­tur­al plan­ning, space opti­miza­tion, 3D visu­al­iza­tion, ren­o­va­tion, and project con­sul­ta­tion. Each ser­vice is tai­lored to meet client-spe­cif­ic require­ments and project goals.


Project Agreement & Execution

Every project is ini­ti­at­ed with a for­mal agree­ment that clear­ly defines scope, deliv­er­ables, time­lines, and pay­ment struc­ture. This ensures clar­i­ty, trans­paren­cy, and smooth project exe­cu­tion from start to fin­ish.

Any addi­tion­al work or changes request­ed beyond the agreed scope will be eval­u­at­ed and may result in revised time­lines and addi­tion­al costs.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are expect­ed to pro­vide accu­rate project infor­ma­tion, time­ly feed­back, and approvals to ensure effi­cient work­flow. Delays in com­mu­ni­ca­tion may impact project time­lines.


Payment Terms

Pay­ments are struc­tured in phas­es or mile­stones, depend­ing on project size and com­plex­i­ty. Time­ly pay­ments are essen­tial to main­tain project progress. Delayed pay­ments may result in tem­po­rary sus­pen­sion of work.


Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All design con­cepts, draw­ings, lay­outs, and 3D visu­al­iza­tions cre­at­ed by SJ Design Pvt Ltd remain our intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty until full pay­ment is received. Unau­tho­rized use, dupli­ca­tion, or shar­ing is strict­ly pro­hib­it­ed.


Revisions & Design Changes

We pro­vide a defined num­ber of revi­sions to refine the design accord­ing to your vision. Addi­tion­al revi­sions or major design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and extend time­lines.


Project Timeline & Delivery

We are com­mit­ted to deliv­er­ing projects with­in agreed time­lines. How­ev­er, time­lines may vary due to client approvals, design changes, mate­r­i­al avail­abil­i­ty, or unfore­seen exter­nal fac­tors.


Third-Party Vendors & Materials

We may col­lab­o­rate with exter­nal ven­dors, con­trac­tors, and sup­pli­ers for project exe­cu­tion. While we ensure qual­i­ty stan­dards, we are not liable for delays or issues aris­ing from third-par­ty ser­vices.


Limitation of Liability

SJ Design Pvt Ltd is not respon­si­ble for indi­rect loss­es, delays, or dam­ages caused by fac­tors beyond our con­trol, includ­ing but not lim­it­ed to sup­ply chain issues, labor delays, or unfore­seen site con­di­tions.


Termination Policy

Either par­ty may ter­mi­nate the project with writ­ten notice. In such cas­es, pay­ment will be required for all work com­plet­ed up to the ter­mi­na­tion date.


Governing Law

These Terms & Con­di­tions are gov­erned by the laws of Pak­istan, and any dis­putes will be han­dled under applic­a­ble legal juris­dic­tion.
