Project Agreement & Execution

Every project is initiated with a formal agreement that clearly defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment structure. This ensures clarity, transparency, and smooth project execution from start to finish.

Any additional work or changes requested beyond the agreed scope will be evaluated and may result in revised timelines and additional costs.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and approvals to ensure efficient workflow. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.


Payment Terms

Payments are structured in phases or milestones, depending on project size and complexity. Timely payments are essential to maintain project progress. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of work.


Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations created by SJ Design Pvt Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing is strictly prohibited.


Revisions & Design Changes

We provide a defined number of revisions to refine the design according to your vision. Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and extend timelines.


Project Timeline & Delivery

We are committed to delivering projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may vary due to client approvals, design changes, material availability, or unforeseen external factors.


Third-Party Vendors & Materials

We may collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project execution. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from third-party services.


Limitation of Liability

SJ Design Pvt Ltd is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, labor delays, or unforeseen site conditions.


Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, payment will be required for all work completed up to the termination date.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled under applicable legal jurisdiction.
